Kindergarten

Children who will be five years old on or before December 31, 2023 are eligible for entry into Kindergarten in September 2023.  Student registration occurs online through the eReg registration program.

Required Documentation

• Proof of Canadian citizenship or Landed/Permanent Resident status for the parent/legal guardian AND child.
• Original birth certificate for the child.
• Proof of Chilliwack residence (purchase/rental agreement, mortgage document, tax notice).

Kinderfair

Kinderfair is an annual school event dedicated to supporting a positive transition to school for our upcoming kindergarten students and their families. At Kinderfair, we believe in the power of families learning together. Our activities are designed to be family-centered, allowing parents and caregivers to participate alongside their children. Families can enjoy shared reading experiences, engage in games, puzzles, and explore collaborative learning opportunities. Kinderfair also provides a unique opportunity for children and parents to meet and interact with school staff. This gives families a chance to familiarize themselves with the school environment, ask questions, and establish a connection with key educators who will support their child's educational journey.

Kinderfair strives to create a nurturing and comfortable atmosphere where children can not only have a great time but also feel supported and ready to embrace their new school experience with confidence.
